ok, you know how I told everyone that spring was finally here... and I was doing the whole happy dance thing... well now i`m doing the whole jump up and down to keep warm dance again... :(
Yeah, its back to being 0 degrees and its bucketing down snow!!

Its back to shoveling my car out of the snow, running my shampoo under the hot water (just so I can get some out of the bottle) and feeling like frosty the snowman again. This morning I even had to heat the water out of my tap up in the microwave to make it drinkable.. it was that cold!!!! On the brighter side I now have my veranda fridge back! Drinks dont fit in the fridge? Stick them outside on your veranda... perfecto!! HAHA!

I have to sing `Arigatou` by SMAP on stage this arvo. We have a sending off party for the year 10`s who are leaving next week and me and the rest of the grade 3 teachers are dressing up in school uniforms and doing the boy band dance thing! YAY!! I get to make a fool of myself.. again!! HOORAY!!

Hooray for snow!

It`s finally snowing again... and although I always complain about having to dig my car out of the snow and it being freezing cold... it also means we can go snowboarding again! WOOT!

I was sooo bored at school today and so sick of being inside that me and one of my 3rd (10) graders went out onto the oval and made ourselves a snowman and wrote our names in the snow!! YAY! Yes the teachers laughed at me and no i don`t care! Had a blast till it started blizzarding and we had to leave our snowman out in the cold with no scarf and no carrot for a nose.. poor Mr chilly.....

It`s 7:05 am and I'm at work already! Why you ask? Well, I was supposed to have a video link up with america today with some of my kids and "apparently" they got snowed in!!! Snowed in = no video conference= really shitty Kirsty person because she could have had another hour sleep!!!! Just another reason why I love americans.... *Note the sarcasm*

Ok.. heres some advice to all... DON`T go snowboarding when it hasn`t been snowing... It hurts REAL bad!! Just ask my bum! (>_<)

Decided to go with a couple of work mates after work last night and it really wasn`t the best idea. There was hardly no snow and you had to walk on dirt at the end of the slope!! The higher slopes where like ice and DAMN it hurts when you decide to have a race down the mountain and fall on your face... (>_<) Yes, not too bright today am I! *sigh*

On a not so hurty note, we met up with a couple of guys who were built a little ramp and were doing tricks! One of them actually did a back flip and landed it! WHAT A CHAMP!! Poor guy, I made him do it over and over again so I could video it properly.... Hes gunna be sorer than me tomorrow! Bwahahaha...

School theme party!

Last night we went to a school theme party organised by the English teachers in Ishikawa. After only finding out about the party at the last minute... (I`m not a JET) Shammy and I quickly drove to Jusco shopping centre to see what we could find. With the shops only open for an hour we did a smashing job of finding something that resembled a school uniform! GO US!!!

Even though I was designated driver, I had a smashing time watching everyone run around drunkted... (this don`t happen very often) very amusing I must say. hehe

Shammy may have had one too many drinks and after she bit me I decided to leave for home. Left After leaving Andrew in the hands of Fiona (Literally) I drove home with Shammy hanging her head out of my car window.... ewww.... don`t wanna talk about it!

Happy Australia Day!!

Ok, everyone in OZ officially SUCK! I hope you are all enjoying your beery little Australia Day holiday while I’m at work, trying to keep myself amused beertween classes and desperately trying to keep my mind off the cold Aussie beer that awaits my return home.…. mmm beer! Yes, it’s a shock I know… I’m drinking beer!! But, if you must know… me and Johnnie had a beert of an argument and until he bites the bullet and apologises I’m not talking to him!! TAKE THAT JOHNNIE!!! BAH!

Anyway, what was I saying… oh yeah, I bought Tim Tams and Vegemite and ice-cream to school today, along with the lamingtons I made last night to try and make the whole working on a non working day all beerter… So far it hasn’t worked! Oh beer! However, feeding the Japanese teachers vegemite was a great start to my day… unfortunately, no matter how much I try to feed them some more so I can laugh at them again.... they refuse… BAH to them too!!

I will give it to Ben though!! You’ve made my day! Oh and HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!! :D

For new years me and Kyles hit the streets of Mackay! And it was a great one!!! First went and seen Ben`s band play!! YAY FOR BEN!.. caught up with Casey and even had a nice lil dance with Ben`s mum! HAHA... Soon after met up with an old school friend Victor!! Good to see ya again Vic! HAHA *hugs* (hope you had fun) and after getting my pic taken with beetlejuice headed up Main Street to meet up with Mic Mcdonald!!! Lots of dancing and drinking and pole dancing was enjoyed by all...... I think... well..... by me anyway... .. :D :D

Hi everyone!

I will start with the trip home.. and oh my god it was a long one! 25 hours all together to be exact! Luckily i met some cool people on the plane which made the flight home just that little bit shorter! Here is a pic of my newly found friends.

Had a 7 hour stop over in Vietnam... and let me tell you, they arn't the friendliest people in the world. very snobby and arrogant. But there was some good shops to look around in (if only i could work out the money) and an internet cafe and they even gave us a free meal coz we had to wait so long. Would have been nice if they gave it to us instead of throwing it at us though...

Finally it was time to leave and we got taken to an even smaller holding cell b4 finally boarding the plane! thank god this plane was newer and less creakier than the last!!!!

Landed in Sydney at 9 in the morning. Had a 6 hour wait for my flight to mackay sooo almost killed me!! ..lucky i asked what the time was.. i forgot about daylight savings down there. really could have missed my plane!!!!!
